Your role

As a trainee, you will:

process members’ investment transactions;

prepare data and graphics for the reports to the Pension Fund Investment Committee;

interact with Accounting and the external custodian on operational matters;

assist in preparing monthly financial statements, data transfers and the membership report;

provide support in testing improvements to the self-service apps;

communicate with members on pension and insurance issues.

Qualifications, experience and skills

Essential: 

a bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources management, business administration, employment and/or industrial relations, social or organisational psychology, accounting, law (preferably EU employment and social security law), business information systems, computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, business analytics or another relevant discipline;

excellent analytical and conceptual skills, and an interest in complex technical content;

very good knowledge of the MS Office package;

an advanced (C1) command of English and an intermediate (B1) command of at least one other official language of the EU, according to the .

Desired:

a qualification in human resources;

a good understanding of data and sound data processing skills;

practical experience of using human resources IT solutions;

knowledge of one or more of the SAP Human Capital Management modules.
