Amazon Web Services (AWS) is growing rapidly, and we are looking for trainee technicians to join our Data Center team as part of our Work-Based Learning Program (WBLP). These trainees will participate in our 12-week work and training program in a Frankfurt Data Center, working with the Engineering Operations Team.
For a period 12 weeks, you will go through an onboarding program to prepare you for the technical work in our datacenters. You will be responsible for the entire technical operational management of our datacenters and you will provide support to our customers and respond to technical alarms.
Key job responsibilities
•Responding to technical alarms and incidents;
•Managing maintenance and changes;
•Performing technical work within the datacenter;
•Installing computer racks;
•Managing small technical projects;
•Properly maintaining administration.
